Planning & Zoning Meeting
July 7, 2009
 
Chair Loewen opened the Planning meeting at 7:05 p.m.   He called for any changes or additions to the minutes.  With none Supervisor Wicker/Chuck Froehling made a motion to approve the minutes as presented.  Motion carried. 
 
Old Business: None
 
New Business: Gary Woods needs a certificate of compliance to split off 4 acres with the house and shed, of what was Donna Adolph’s property on Parcel # 20.11693.0000.    He would be required to restrict 76 acres because it is zoned A 80.  After reviewing the survey, it did not show the land that would be restricted.   Supervisors Loewen/Wicker made a motion to approve the split of land after the survey is corrected.  Motion carried.           
 
Clerk Harff was asked if St John’s Lutheran Church would need a permit for a temporary sign on John Adolph’s property.  The board felt no permit is needed.
 
Tom Ehlinger asked if he needed a permit for an above the ground pool with deck.  Ron Albers has spoken with him about the deck permit and will tell him he doesn’t need a permit for the pool. 
 
Supervisor Wicker received a call from Jennifer Schaefer.  She wanted to split the house site to have another building site on open Ag land.  Wicker sent her to the county first. 
 
Supervisors Wicker/Loewen made a motion to accept the permits.  Motion carried.

Supervisors Wicker/Unterberger made a motion to adjourn the Planning & Zoning meeting.  Motion carried.
